Two weeks ago our old satellite dish fell off our roof due to wind and rotten wood. It took a chunk of our roof with it. It was hanging from the roof by the cords too. I immediately sent messages late at night asking for help (due to the fact that storms were coming in the next morning). Carlos responded and said he could be there in the morning. His crew was busy at another site, but he made the drive to our house since he knew the severity of the damage the rain could cause with the big hole in our roof. He arrived bright and early and removed the hanging satellite and installed a temporary patch so we would not have leaks during the storms. The following week he was back replacing the rotten wood and installing new shingles in the damaged area. Thanks to his quick response, we had no water damage or leaks in our attic.
